| - Readers beware: stay away from here! My hubby and I came here at 8:45 pm on Sunday night for our anniversary. We went to the front desk and told the lady that we had purchased a Groupon. She asked for how many races. We told her two. She said "oh well there won't be enough time, there's one going on now." We asked her how long the races were. She told us 10 minutes with a short introduction video. We told her that we had both been here before and we heard the race ending. My hubby asked if we could join the next race (keep in mind it was 8:45pm). 10 minute races + idk, 5 minute "short" videos = 15. It was 8:45, which means 5 more races could have happened....... "Amber" (if that was her name) sighed, huffed, puffed, & rolled her eyes at us SEVERAL times. Look amber, customers are the reason you have a job. Maybe you were having a bad day, who knows, but you need to learn to keep that out the door. Both of us have been in customer service for 10 years and have NEVER been treated so horribly. Word of mouth is what keeps a business running. Thank you for ruining our night.. I can't even think of anyone deserving of your "customer service." Needless to stay, after she vocalized her frustration to do her job, we left. We will be asking Groupon for a refund because we would rather not do business with a company affiliated with someone like you. Go to pole position instead.
