  • Update to my review: Service Department is 5 stars all around. Honest people, and I beyond trust them to do the right thing for my car. Sales Department is 1 star. I've been shopping VW's as I'm now in the market and this place is literally not even in the same ballpark as Berge VW, Chapman, or Camelback VW. On a GTI SE, they were more than 10% (!!) expensive than Berge VW. This was their "best and final price." I was told "oh they'll get you in the financing department" - but my offer was for a cash purchase. I've had them price out other cars (Golf R) and the same thing - they just will not budge. My recommendation would be to buy the car from basically any other dealer who will most certainly have a better price, and then have it serviced here.
