  • Selection and prices are great. The customer service is delivery experience not so much. I had 2 orders of rock and mulch today. They were scheduled for 12noon and 1pm. It is now almost 6pm and I am still waiting. I've called multiple times and they keep telling me they are on the way, or I'm next, or they are loading the truck now. I understand deliveries can run late for a number of reasons, but almost 6 hours late is completely unacceptable. That's assuming your even gonna show at this rate. Again I love the selection and price and If I had a pickup I would haul it all myself and never have a problem. Depending on their deliver cost me an entire of sitting around and waiting while getting nothing done. I'm glad I'm not a contractor with a hired crew I'm paying to sit around!
