Yesterday I called and talked to a girl at the front desk to order my dogs medicine. I felt she was very rude and abrupt. So I asked her to have Dr. Hill (my vet) call me back regarding the way she spoke to me over the phone. No call... Instead the next day Ed ( the "manager/part owner") called me and was even more rude than she was telling me he watched a video of her talking on the phone to me and he said he did not feel she was rude at all. And moved right along to another subject. I said "wait!... So your telling me, this is your business and your ok with how she spoke to me?" He said " yes, and went on about how he doesn't feel you need to be courteous to customers etc. he was totally uncaring and I as a new customer of this business will definitely not be back. I feel the way you treat customers on the phone is a reflection of how you operate your business and to be totally uncaring is just a slap in the face. There is plenty more vets to give the business to.
