  • We haven't had hot water for over 2 weeks now & they still can't send someone out for another 2-3 days....and this was after leaving a few messages sat, mon & trying to talk to someone mon & Tues :( However, the plumber who was out twice already is super super Friendly & really seems to know what he is doing. But overall the worst customer service ever :( Unfortunately, we didn't choose this company... Our home warranty did :(
