Here is my opinion about this place in a nutshell after coming to this place for 12 years:
1)Con's: The décor and the inside is a HOT MESS. I would not recommend dining in. The floors are dirty and the décor is OLDDDDD, period end of story. It wasn't always this way. The owner's children used to be more involved--maybe they moved away. I could never see myself dining in here anymore -- sad face. It is basically become your "hole in the wall" Chinese joint with tables, chairs and waiters. My recommendation: Get your food and bounce!
2)For Phoenix standards in the East Valley (I can't speak on other parts of the valley), this is the best darn Chinese food going. Can't speak on soup/fortune cookies, etc. and other things but the actual food is the best thing going as far I'm concerned. It's hot, tasty, packaged well with good portion sizes. I usually get chicken with broccoli, lo mein, chicken wings -- those are my staple items that I typically order. I have never been disappointed with the food. Now this place DOES NOT have a D rating so I can only assume, the kitchen isn't a hot mess, so I'm good.
