Sushi Roku is a very elegant and fancy sushi lounge and bar inside Caesars. It is somewhat difficult to find, it is up the escalators past the Forum (the shopping area) and is in one of the corners.
Inside you will see lots of empty space despite an okay number of other diners but the place is so big that there are bound to be many open tables. A nigiri (fish + rice underneath) averages 4-5$ a piece, with a blue fin special they had at the time of 13$ a piece. I expected this to be mind blowing but it was very very average. The salmon belly was super fatty as expected, it tasted super fresh but the texture at the end of the day was just not my thing, but not their fault as I just wanted to try it. The salmon nigiri was good, we ordered a lot of "regular" nigiri and those were all solid. The eel one could be a little less cooked but still decent. Overall I would probably not pay that much for this. A friend got some kind of roll for 20$ but it tasted very average as well, I could get the same for 12-15$ in NYC which is really saying something.
The view though is amazing, like a super awesome view of the strip. The lounge is cool as well, you have enough space away from other tables to do your own thing, and the couch chairs are super comfortable (which is also the case at the dining table). Food I would give 2.5 stars given the exorbitant price, but view and atmosphere I would give 4.5.
