  • one of the girls that work there is super DISCOURTEOUS and IMPOLITE. Needed help with my phone because screen turned black and haven't even had the Samsung s7 for more then 6 months She basically was no help at all saying she won't take the phone because it has a scratch that was so minuscule it blew my mind. But it was they way she went about it because she was so blunt with one word answers not explaining anything at all which was so annoying cuz I paid $740 for this phone and it malfunctioned without my physical wear and tear which I should be able to get a new one no problem. Not so easy after supposedly getting help from this lady because she had me driving around town to different metropcs stores for no reason. She was so RUDE with the way she responded I literally felt DISRESPECTED and more annoyed at the situation. I FELT LEFT OUT IN THE DARK WITH NO WHERE TO GO. WORST customer service ever. all they care about is selling phones but not actually helping with anything else if it doesn't benefit them.
