  • Walked in to get a snap added to a leather garment, and the woman working there (Sally?) stopped what she was doing to help me out...even installing a fresh, new snap on the spot! The best customer-service experience of all time! ...and for a very reasonable price, to boot! Look forward to having another item that needs expert attention; they'll be my go-to place, for sure!
