| - I thought the people were friendly, the prices were great, the place was mostly clean. My friend got threaded by a nice Persian (?) lady, can't remember her name, then she offered to do a color change on my toes when I asked and the other nail person was busy. We paid $15 each and gave a $5 tip each. The area where it's located is pretty sketchy. Lots of homeless folks hanging around and empty store fronts. One guy looked like he was about to do a drug deal with another guy, and they kept checking us out as we pulled up, so we didn't get out of the car until one of them left. Another homeless person tried to start a conversation as we were getting out of the car. The guy in ripped jeans, that was hanging around the store came and sat in the waiting area. It was VERY hot outside. He didn't bother anyone, but then he went to the busy nail lady and started talking to her and ended up sitting in one of the massage chairs and telling us how much he enjoyed it. Turns out he's her boyfriend. They went out to smoke a few times in front of the shop. If they had been out there smoking when I pulled up, I would have left. Also, the receptionist used her e-cig in the shop. The owner came by and talked to them for a few minutes, but after he left, they got really relaxed in their professionalism.
