  • If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I decided to take my car here after I rear ended someone and nothing has gone right since. When I brought it to them I was quoted a date of completion, but they pushed it back several times and several weeks longer meanwhile my insurance kept calling me and asking when it was going to get done because I can only have my rental car for so long, so I had to ask them to contact my insurance repeatedly. Then I finally pick up my car, but the hood isn't fixed and they tell me the insurance won't pay for it so I'm SOL which they never even previously mentioned until the moment I arrived. Also, my car was out of alignment too so I had to come all the way back for that when it's like who repairs a car after an accident and then doesn't re align it?? Immediately after, the paint on my bumper started peeling. I let Trey know and he said to bring it back soon but I couldn't because I don't have time on any given day to bring my car 40 min across town and leave it with then for god knows how many days so I let it go but then it started to get worse and that's when I came in. (My boyfriend, who works on cars, said there was no primer at all and that's why it was peeling.) While I'm there I ask Trey if he can buff out the hood cause he left it scuffed up from the last time and possibly change my oil and he said cool to both and then didn't do either. He told me my car would be ready by Thursday (two days later) so I'd have it for work, but then didn't have it until Friday and not even until I texted him did he let me know it was done on Friday evening. As I suspected, the paint looked horrible and my boyfriend wanted to say something, but I didn't want to start problems so I just left. Literally the next day another part of my bumper was peeling so I asked trey if he repainted the entire bumper or just that part (knowing he only painted that single part b/c it was very obvious) and he said he painted the whole thing. I told him the situation and instead of trying to remedy it, he came at me with attitude saying he's not going to do free work because I keep messing up my bumper and if I want to fix it I can pay for it. Then my boyfriend calls him just to talk about the bumper because he knows a lot more about cars, and Trey comes out of left field asking him to fight and saying he'd woop his ass. At the end of the day, this shop is shady, does horrible work and has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. DO NOT GO THERE! A little update from my original review.... come to find out my insurance DID pay for the hood to be repaired, but they told me they fought with my insurance but couldn't get them to pay for it! Now I'm working with my insurance company and a lawyer to pursue them for theft and fraud. BLATANT liars and horrible business practice!
