  • I recently came in because both of my keys broke within a week of one another. The plastic casing fell apart. I called to get a quote and was told that they can't give me one over the phone, so I dropped in one evening. Again the guy at the front desk told me it would be $23 for the key but he couldn't give me a quote to chip it. I explained that if the phone reps can't quote and the service people can't do it, then who can? He finally called someone who said $65 to chip. I explained how that was a little much, especially since it was the keys themselves that broke and not due to owner misuse. He brought over Randall (manager in the service center at that time) if ever there was a person who shouldn't be doing customer service, it was him. He immediately went on about price, when I tried to explain that I am a single mom and can't afford hundred dollars for a key, and to ask for alternatives , he proceeded to interrupt me and said "it's 65" "it's 65" then finally said "I'm not trying to be rude, but it's $65 and If you want it done you need to pay now" no apologies, no other options, pay or get out. I asked for a manager besides him and he said he was the only one. He refused to give me a corporate or general managers number. I had to get it from the guy behind the desk. Long story short I got a hold of Robert (manager of used cars dept) who had me come in the next day. He connected me with Brian Abott who not only gave me great customer service, but was able to find a solution to my problem. Because of them I will be coming back in the future.
