The Pickering markets are a great place to spend a lazy day browsing. There is one are that is a cosmetics section where you can get makeup and health and beauty items (I think older stock or discontinued items mainly).
There is also a produce/meat area and a few food options in here as well (but don't expect many choices) which is good because after some shopping and bargaining you want to fuel up!
There is the typical flea market stalls where you can find everything from shirts and socks and luggage to electronic goods to lighting/lamps and jewelry. I've seen henna stalls, tarot card readers, thai massages happening here. Get twisted up at the markets! There is even a small UK store that sells items that you can't get anywhere else that easily (candies, teas, etc)
There is one huge section that is just devoted to antiques - this is a really interesting section to check out because the pieces are so interesting and they change up every once in awhile. From coins to furniture to some clothing items and just some weird knick knacks there is something interesting to look at in every stall.
Parking lot is huge but be careful b/c it isn't paved that well so lots of bumps/cracks.
