  • This place is great! I have regular meetings in the area one night a week and like to head towards them straight after work just in case there are any TTC delays. Usually I get to the neighborhood with about 45 minutes to eat dinner and Piper's has become my go to place for a quick bite. I was ordering the Greek salad every week, because it was relatively cheap and plentiful. It was just replaced by a goat cheese salad on the menu, so I went for the goat cheese instead and now I will never order anything else! It's big and comes with a generous amount of goat cheese and grilled vegetables. Hands down the best salad I've ordered at a pub. The menu specifies that you can order the fish and chips gluten-free, so one day I will have to relinquish salad in order to re-experience another food I thought I'd never eat again... but the salad is good enough that it's going to take awhile to try anything else. They're always great about my requests for the bill early (I often ask for it when the food comes out).
