(Please note I only purchased frames, so I can't comment on lens fitting.)
They don't have a huge selection of frames, but I noticed what they have is high-end and fashionable; none of the cheap stuff or weird stuff that takes up 90% of shelf space at most opticians. Also, most eyewear stores on The Strip just carry sunglasses, while this place is primarily optical wear.
I was looking for a particular style, and the friendly and helpful sales guy found four great options almost identical to what I'd described. I let my wife make the final selection because she's the one who has to look at my mug. She went with the Tom Ford rectangular tortoise shell.
Prices on fashion glasses, I assume, are determined at random by a hyperactive toddler pounding on a calculator with a broken minus button.
