  • Absolutely horrible location. Tellers all have the worst attitude and aren't helpful at all. Only the chip on my card works so I met with a banker to order a new one. I dontt remember his name but he couldn't focus on what we were doing and kept looking around like he was nervous!! He told me I wouldn't have to pay the fee to get a new card because it was malfunctioning and it will arrive in 10 days.. Well here I am 2.5 weeks later still with no card and the fee taken out!!! The teller said the guy didn't even process the request for a new card?!?!? Going to be closing my account from this joke of a bank.
