  • I've utilized this company for almost a year now. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional. They've taken time to educate me on ways to decrease the potential for pets. They've returned to re-spray (at no additional cost) if a pest is noted after they've sprayed. They've addressed a couple concerns in a very timely, almost immediately, manner. And, when they initially offer their service, there is NOT a high pressure sales pitch (Thanks Wes). I've had service through a couple other smaller companies who have eventually sold out to Terminix and have been very unhappy. This company (Preventative Pest Control) has been amazing in all aspects. I hope they are around for a long time to come.
