Let me just cut to the chase... I wasn't impressed...
The restaurant is beautiful, but oh so noisy! It's like trying to eat on the center divider of the 405 during rush hour.
The food was very hit or miss.. The Lychee martini was nasty, but the Lychee mojito was very good.
The shrimp dim sum appetizer was very good, but the sushi was very mediocre. It made Todai seem delicious.
Service was VERY substandard. Everything we ordered came out in the first 15-20 minutes instead of being properly paced throughout the evening.. and then we waited forever to find someone to bring the check.
And for the prices (almost $100 per person with tip), I'd expect everything to be perfect.
I don't see any reason to ever go here again. Next time I'm in vegas I'll be trying one of the many other sushi restaurants in town and I suggest you do the same.
