  • We took our new rescued Boxer, Bennett here in March of 2015. I really felt their prices were high and we were talked into several tests for fear of the unknown,it turns out we paid for several items that were repeated because the rescue agency had already done them. Dr. Swisher was lovely to deal with. However, I feel this office is severely understaffed in the reception department. Throughout 2015, I made several phone calls concerning the medication that was prescribed for my dog and I was outright blown off, first call I was on perpetual hold and the second and third calls about a refill of scripts the phone calls was never returned. Nice Dr. But they really need to work on their customer service with their front desk staff. I need to get my dog's heartworm meds refilled and I will be seeking the services of another more customer friendly office.
