  • I needed the rep to come out to my home to replace the battery which was dead and 100% paid for by my insurance company. When he arrived to replace the battery, the delivery came with a very condescending and demeaning lecture the entire time he was changing the battery! I am not a stupid woman. I don't need a sales rep to get into my business on why I haven't used my scooter to his expectations this month. Just come over, please change the batery, keep your negative opinions to yourself and go. I remembered this salesman as being pushy and short when I was shopping for a scooter to meet my needs. Now I have to call back because my scooter won't proceed up any grade sidewalk. Joy!
