  • This office has horrible customer service. First off I had a appointment at 4pm. They schedule 15 kids at the same time. So at 4:30 I go to the front to see how many more are in front of us and a new sign in sheet is on the board. My name, which I wrote 30 minutes ago, is not there. The front desk girl says the other sheet was full so they started a new sheet and put away the old sheet. But wait I was never called. I sat in the lobby chair so its not like I stepped out and missed my name. Then finally 10 minutes later they call pur name just to say they don't take our insurance. Omg I almost exploded. You had me wait 40 minutes just to say you don't take my insurance. How ridiculous and incompetent.
