I stayed here for business on two different occasions and give it a pass. The location of the hotel is very central to lots of food, shopping and the Peoria sports complex (which is why I'd guess most people would stay in this area).
The rooms are studio style with a small divider separating your bed from the large couch and desk area. There is a small fridge, microwave, and extra sink across from your desk.
They supply your bathroom with Paul Mitchell toiletries, which is nice. I did not like that there was carpet in the separate bathroom sink area.
I did not partake of breakfast or any lounge activities. I did appreciate that there was a well stocked pantry store and the self-serve coin laundry was clean and decently priced.
Overall, this hotel was fine for the location and price.
