Came here on a Thursday evening to get a workout in with a guest and I filled out a guest pass online, since I don't have a memebership. Came to the front desk and told that my guest pass was expired. Let them know I just filled it out and had never use it and they said I use one in 2015. I told them that's awhile ago and I can't remember. So guy end up telling me about their program and membership and I let him know I'm meeting a friend here to workout and I already have a gym. I didn't know about their 1 in a life time guest pass policy and see if there's anything they can do. They said no cause 2015 one guest pass was issued. I'm pretty disappointed with the service here, not because I couldn't workout there but the lack of wanting to help a client with no membership there. Even though if I did or did not used a guest pass in 2015 I think there will be improvements in the equipment size and etc of a business since 2015 to 2018. If I didn't get a membership in 2015 it could of been when it was newer and didn't have much of what I needed at that time. I feel like this could of been a huge opportunity and point of sale especially for a previous client. I could of made the switch to Youfit since price is a lot more affordable and it seems like they have a lot more equipment but I couldn't tell. People will not switch membership if they can't even see what the gym looks like now or get the experience.
