Husband and I have Been members for at least two years. Manager calls to cancel day of appointment bc massage professional is sick. Glad massage professional was forthright as to avoid getting me sick! But the manager - Sandra- was unprofessional on the call to me. She used the term "it sucks" referring to massage professional being sick. Also when rebooking me she asks me my name. Hey lady- you called me! Maybe write my name down to actually show you appreciate my business. Was bad situation. Sandra obviously needs a customer service class- she could not grasp that I was being inconvenienced. Spoke to Debbie-district manager - after Sandra begrudgingly gave me the number. Going to cancel memberships- love the massages but can't fathom paying into a business that is nonchalant about the importance of my satisfaction.
