Adding on that after I called Moore and explained it was an update issue. (I even have paperwork that proves this) they still didn't want to believe it was true. They just kept repeating that they would "never sell" a brand new car off the lot without checking first.
Only problem is, you did. And I have proof on paper and I'm sure in the system that you sold me a brand new car that needed to be thoroughly checked before it left your lot.
My issue with this particular car dealership is not one person from their office ever called to apologize to me for this inconvenience.
I had to go through 4 different people at corporate to even get any sort of assistance what so ever.
After, dealing with the last person at corporate I was able to feel somewhat appreciated and heard as a customer.
But you Moore Jeep really should learn to work on your customer service skills.
