We were offered a deal for inspection through our networking group. When the technician was done was when we felt the pressure. Our tech told us we needed a cleaning, a kickstarter, a capacitor...the list went on and on. And the unit is only a year old.
He cleaned some sort of water trap in the attic (I hope), gave us washable filters and looked over the unit. The pressure was on for us to either get a 3 year maintenance contract (which he quickly upped to 4 years) or pay about 80% of the contract amount just to have the things done they suggested.
Since we have no reviews anywhere, I would be a little leary until I know for sure they are reputable.
