  • Dined here for dinner. Food was good and the view was fantastic. However, the service definitely needs improvement. I felt like I was at Denny's! Our server came to take our order with a pile of dirty dishes from the table across from us. He tried to prompt me to order by standing in front of our table. After seeing my confused look, he then finally asked us if we were ready to order. I said we were. I thought he would drop off the dishes and come back but he held the dirty dishes in front of us the entire time we were ordering. It just set a bad tone for our dining experience. Pier W needs to invest in properly training their servers.
