How this place is being run is a huge disappointment.
i brought up an empty bottle of chocolate topping to the two girls working behind the counter near the cashier. Not sure why two girls were needed for the cashier. They continued their conversation after glancing at me and ignored me even though i was standing right in front of them. Finally i just interrupted them and asked if they had anymore because it was empty. one of the girls took the bottle, shook it to see if it was in fact empty (as if she didn't believe me), then promptly informed me they didn't have anymore (without having to check the back) and tried handing it back to me as if I was supposed to put the empty bottle back where i found it?
Some of the toppings are labeled, but some aren't. I ended up mistaking mint-filled chocolate cups for peanut butter cups, which totally ruined my fro-yo because i really dislike mint and chocolate together (i have to also point out this failure on their part could be very important and potentially life-threatening for somebody with an allergy).
So overall, I'd say this place is fine for the fro-yo itself, but the staff/management are simply capitalizing on the trendy location and vintage decor - they don't care about treating the customers well, don't care to upkeep things like labels, and do not care to make timely orders to restock their product when they know they are out or close to being out of it.
