  • Honestly, I am so thankful for a place like this. I come here a few times a month, not bc I don't love it ... mostly bc I'm trying to cut down on my coffee intake lol. Everyone is always such a joy and they treat you like a friend! On this particular visit I was having a pretty rough morning. After waiting almost 20 mins in the drive thru I see I'm next to order ... I rummage though my purse looking for my wallet & then it hit me. I left my wallet at home EMBARRASSMENT ENSUES here she comes the nice lady to take my order. I roll down my window and apologize, told her I would just drive through and be back bc I forgot my wallet. She was so cool about it, she insisted I still order my drinks (one for my 3 yr old also!) it was on the house. I was floored!!! She managed to make a horrible situation a good one. I left with a smile & a grateful heart Dutch Bros is the bees knees
