  • This is not a review on the hospital but a review on the ER and the doctor that was on duty. It is June 7th-8th and my girlfriend went in with pain in her abdomen, the front desk nurses were unattentive and unprofessional. Once we were called back there was a particular nurse named Tori who was a great help and very attentive to my girlfriends situation. Also I have to give a special shout out to Nicole, she found the vein. But aside from these two wonderful ladies the entire experience was terrible. The doctor on duty was extremely unprofessional, wearing his black jean pants with a dress shirt. He neither cared for the patients nor their problems. He ran every test the ER could, and I understand that the ER is limited and in some cases their hands are tied but the lack of interest and courtesy is why I'm writing this. This "Ed" person was short in response and didn't follow up with recommendations or any helpful information once he was finished. One of the nurses even told us that he said he "believed we were there for meds." So disrespectful. Won't be coming here again.
