| - I had a lunch here with my colleague, who, of course, is a huge fan of Bobby Flay. I was dragged to dine here in a way, but we definitely had a great time.
Sooo...welcome to Vegas, where people gamble while they eat and sleep (duggh). The restaurant is just located at the heart of Caesars Palace, where you can actually dine while looking at people losing their money. Other than that, the restaurant still retains its an upper-class atmosphere. Therefore, please dress appropriately if you want to dine in the dining area instead of the bar. (Don't be like me. I was wearing a tank top, which was a big mistake.)
Nevertheless, the waiter(s) still greeted me friendly & guide us to the bar area for lunch, not to mention that the bartender had a great conversation with us. It was very pleasant to be served by these folks.
I had a smoked salmon club for lunch. Unfortunately, I wouldn't say the club sandwich was up to my expectation. The sandwich was way too moist, which made it fallen apart very easily. Also, probably it was because of the moist of the fish, the sandwich was very greasy for me, and I found it very difficult to taste the freshness of the fish...I'm sorry, but it was a disappointment. However, the fries! The damn fries were just awesome! Not only the fries were crispy, but they also had house-mixed spice on them, which was incredibly delightful to eat them.
My colleague ordered a New Mexican Spiced Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, which was a lot better than my club sandwich in my opinion. The pork with the spiced mayo was very well done. I would suggest you to give it a try rather than the smoked salmon club sandwich.
Overall, the dining experience was nice because of the great customer service & the fries. However, I can't give anything more than 3 stars because my main dish just did not live up to my expectation.
