  • Sadly ignored calls and appts leads me to this. Proceed with caution. Did a great job before but doesn't seem to care about customer service. I cleaned my carpets myself since i was ignored. I use my car for business and he knew that so it was important to me. I called several times and got 1 call back but then he chose to ignore me. Bye .
