  • My mom and I went to the salon and they told us there was no wait. We then waited for probably 20 minutes. The lady told me they had extra charges for different colored nails, but that just one was free. She then told me she would do two separate designs for $5, but really was just doing one?? She then proceeds to tell my mom that I wanted just one to save money. I told her I wanted just a gel polish change, and she started a manicure and was trying to charge for me for it. She acted like she was getting me "great deals", and was very upset the whole time. Because she didn't charge me for starting a manicure, she told me to stop asking for a discount. She didn't listen to what I told her. It was easily the worst experience I have had getting my nails done. On top of the poor experience, she did a terrible job on my nails. She didn't let them dry and she smudged my design and my nails aren't even painted at the tops. They look very messy. She was extremely rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back.
