  • My husband travels a lot for business and I go with about half of the time. We've always stay at Marriott. This hotel is the worst Marriott experience we've ever had. You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel again!!!! The staff is unprofessional and rude. The room had a spa/big tub in the common area which had wall paper peeling off the wall and under that was mold. There were mild stains on the ceiling too, as if it was painted over. That's just unhealthy. We also requested extra towels one day and maid service didn't even knock - they just walked right in. Petty, but it's matter of respect and privacy. We completed the email we got from Marriott to review our stay. The next day we got a FORM email from the General Manager saying (in so many words), "sorry your stay was not great, but too bad." It was truly a disappointing experience.
