rev:text	The Worst Service I Have Ever Had - Ever!! I recently sold my house in AZ nand the buyers wanted my appliances so I needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator. I went to Best Buy knowing exactly what I wanted (and these were top of the line appliances). The sales rep was so-so, nothing to complain about there and I paid for the washer and dryer. I had a refrigerator in the garage so decided to wait before buying another. I explained that my movers had left my treadmill in the laundry room and it would have to be moved. He went and got his supervisor and it was agreed that they could take care of it. Then come delivery day, one of the two guys came to the door and I again explained they would have to move the treadmill and I would like to have it in the bedroom. Well, he pushed and shoved enough to get it stuck in the hall and said it wouldn't fit through the door. I can't count the number of doors the treadmill had been through or the stairs it has gone up and down! He then signaled to the other guy to start bringing in the appliances! Leaving the treadmill in the hall and completely blocking a bedroom!! When I said that wasn't acceptable the guy got right in my face - within inches- and asked what I was going to do about it. When I explained that he would have to take them back if they couldn't get the treadmill out of the hall he got mad and stomped off and called someone. When he got off the phone he told the other guy that they weren't going to complete the delivery. When I suggested it might be easier to put the treadmill in the garage he just smiled (he was very pleased with himself) and said nope I'm taking it back. After that I tried to call the salesman I worked with. After about 45 minutes of being transferred with the phone ringing back to the customer service (?) area I learned he wasn't in that day. I asked for the manager and was on hold for another 20 minutes before I hung up. This happened twice! Finally I called and asked for the store manager and told him my story. He seemed sympathetic and told me he was going to put me in held for just a minute. A few minutes later there was another person on the phone. This person said she didn't know anything about the situation and made me tell her the whole story yet again. I admit that I was pretty irritated by this time and it probably showed in my tone. When I got done she told me I had refused delivery - what I refused was having the treadmill wedged in my hall. I finally got the message that nobody in the store cared at all!! I could hear this person joking with others in the background about how annoyed she was with me. So... I went next door to Lowes and talked to a great lady named Bev. When I told her about the treadmill she said no problem, her guys were professionals (ahh) and they moved stuff like that all the time. She was so great that I went ahead and purchased my refrigerator at the same time. Come delivery day, two guys from Lowe's came in and moved the treadmill into the bedroom in about 5 minutes. Best Buy has not credited my account and I had to file a dispute to get a refund. I will never shop at Best Buy again and I will tell my story to everyone I can. Thing is that when I do tell my story everyone agrees that Best Buy is a terrible place with zero customer service. I guess I should have asked around first. Update 10/3/15 While my bank gave me provisional credit right away, Best Buy did not issue the refund to my credit card for over 4 months!
