  • Forget about trying to make your appointment online...they WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! I got an email saying something like "We received your request for an appointment and someone will be giving you a call." Never got a call and the message was about 1 week after I submitted my time and date request. Booooo! Not good, not right.
