  • I agreed to contract with this company to build my pool and spa back in December of 2016 they began mid January and now May is nearly over and they have still not completed the project. I just failed my safety inspection because they didn't replace my gate according to the guidelines they should be quite familiar with. My hot tub tile was installed nearly a month ago and they didn't even finish. As if that weren't bad enough they didn't put the grout in either! It's been one "excuse" after another. My personal experience has been awful. I've heard others that have had it much worse. A few good things here and there, but for the most part they are terrible with customer service. I won't hear from my rep until there's money to be collected for parts of the job that have yet to be completed. I will never suggest this company and anyone wishing to gain further detail of my experiences may message me. Update: pool is complete and I finished the pool "school". I was told to my face that if there are any questions to call or text the person who ran me through the schooling. Well I had a leak coming from their pump system which turned out to be very minor, however, calls to the main office, my rep, and then the schooling tech all went ignored. I will say it was a weekend when I called, however there has yet to be a returned call. This company is a joke.
