| - This was the worst dental experience I have ever had! Paul Woodbury put a crown on my tooth, but he didn't prep the tooth correctly and so the crown and bite were really high. Instead of adjusting the crown, he filed off my healthy upper teeth, without giving me any option to even say "no". All he said was "This is not a big deal, we will just file off your upper teeth, it is necessary". He ended up filing too much of my healthy teeth off and has probably caused tooth/nerve damage since it still hurts to chew on that side.
Since that day, I have had excruciating sensitivity and discomfort in those upper teeth that he filed down. He still couldn't get the crown right even after this and the worst part is, he then denied responsibility for my teeth and basically lied and said that "my teeth were sensitive like this even before I came to him."
In fact, my teeth are still so bad (I have now developed TMJ problems in addition to everything else due to this) where he filed them down that my friends and co-workers have actually advised me to take legal action because he refuses to fix them or even take responsibility for them.
When I tried to talk to him, he refused to speak to me and had his front desk person (Cheryl) talk to me who was rude and disrespectful. This dentist is not only totally incompetent, but even worse, is unethical and practically a liar who doesn't care about a patient's health and only cares about making money. This was just a nightmarish experience and I would advise anyone to stay far away from this practice.
