  • We have visited this location in the past and the experience has been decent. I believe one experience was 5 star worthy. We visited today for an Easter lunch and it was the worst experience we have ever had at this location. If this was our first impression I wouldn't return. Our server was Reagan and our entire section was hardly served. Management didn't walk to pick up on the fact that everyone was just sitting either waiting for food or their checks for extended periods of time. She had an unsanitary approach where she would carry our drink or food (other tables food as well) to the cash register or to other tables where she would speak over it. It was really gross. We had to let her know to take the cheesecake to someone else's table and drop it off before taking our dessert order. We had to request that she check on our food due to the amount of time waiting and the food was not warm any longer. Overall, we could tell that the tables around us were just as irritated and overheard them speaking about their frustrations as well with the lack of attention she was paying.
