  • Update on Box Canyon!! I am now with a new doctor at a completely different place due to insurance purposes and my new doctor would like my medical records from Box Canyon Primary Care!! It is currently December 23, 2015. My current doctor's office requested my records from Box Canyon in October of 2015. That is a total of 3 months that I've been waiting on these records! The result: My current doctor had threatened to stop treating me unless she has my old records from Box Canyon, in hand!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE BOX CANYON PUTTING OFF SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS FAXING MEDICAL RECORDS!!!!!!! I will be physically retrieving the records myself. I would have done this sooner but I was given this information TODAY. Box Canyon, you guys are just plain rude!! Please take reviews like this into consideration and make the appropriate changes!!
