Had an appointment for my phone and didn't get seen until about 15 minutes later (mind you appointments are only supposed to last a total of 15 minutes). A very nice associate did a test told me my screen needed to be replaced due to multi-touch issues and it would take 45 minutes. I didn't have time that day but dropped it off the next day after work. The quoted time at drop off was not 45 minutes but an hour and a half but I said fine. I drive back to get my phone only to find out they've done nothing that in fact I had been misinformed and that the entire device has to be repaired not just the screen. Terrrible customer service - why could they not have told me that when I tried to drop it off! Never going back again and probably switching to Samsung since this was an apple issue but would cost me 300 to fix!
