  • We had Robins Plumbing come out after two other plumbing services stated that they could not clear out our stoppage because we didn't have a clean out installed and they could not do roof entry. One was through our home warranty and one was not. Steve not only cleared the stoppage from the ground after confirming that it was not an issue requiring roof entry, but clearly explained the issue and gave us excellent advice on how to keep the pipes from clogging up again. Apparently, the previous plumbers did not want to deal with the pipe intersection between the kitchen and bathroom that was the culprit (and they didn't even tell us that we had an atypical joint). Robins is now going to be our first and only call in the future! And the cost was far less than we were preparing for!
