  • Olga and her staff are wonderful. I had searched high and low, tried mobile groomers, fancy groomers and large chain groomers. None of these places left me feeling truly comfortable and confident that my fur kids would most importantly be treated right and second that their cuts would be great. Sadly everyone disappointed me. Until I found Olga. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a very clean, great smelling, cheery place, smiling staff and a hearty welcome from all! I made my appointments (I have four special rescues) and brought each one in. Their cuts were awesome - exactly what I asked for. But the main thing that helped me know I had made the right choice was my most special girl Olive. Previous groomers could absolutely not handle her, she was an abused dog and God only knows what she suffered. I was so concerned about how other groomers had probably made her fears worse with their obvious impatience and refusal of dealing with her that I actually asked my Vet for a sedative for her grooming visits. Olga and crew would have none of this, after hearing about my plight, they kindly asked me not to sedate her (as they were concerned that she might not be able to let them know if she was having any discomfort) and to bring her in early before any other pups came in so they could all get to know her. They also suggested, we bring in her favorite fur sister for support so that she wouldn't feel so anxious! On appointment day, we took her and her grooming buddy in and waited anxiously at home for the call "come pick her up..we can't groom her.". No calls. We received a call later in the morning with a sweet voice saying; "Your babies are ready to be picked up!". Upon arriving we found both fur kids looking gorgeous, happy and calm! Olga and all of her staff were awesome, caring, concerned, professional and just so very kind. They all embody one of my favorite animal quotes; "We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals." There are Very Good Hearts At Olga's....
