  • 1/29/2018: a year later from my yelp post and STILL being treated beyond terrible. Our entire upstairs floor sounds like it is 100 years old! According to Reyes this is a common issue....I thought we paid a premium for "new"! Also our stair case is still not fixed after at least six attempts over the last year by maracays "best" framer to fix them!!! Spent another 2 days off meeting with Reyes and waiting for framer TJ repair the steps and 2nd story floor and guess what....no show by the framer!!!! We have lost so much time and money dealing with these people and NO ONE AT ANY LEVEL cares!!!! Anyone else who has had this experience and wants to consider joining me in a lawsuit please against maracay please message me via yelp! Oh Shawn is very aware of the issues and events and has not bothered to step in or do anything for us. Maracay is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire 39 years of life. It has been over 3 weeks since we have heard from Reyes and we have left her several messages about the most recent needed repairs as things continue to break, squeak and or crack in our brand new home!
