  • First off, I would like to start by saying this gym does not get the credit it totally deserves! The staff is warm, professional, and genuine! In the beginning, I had a hard time figuring out which gym to get back into, and I had no hesitation choosing this gym when I first went in! It is gorgeous inside and out! Plenty of machines that you won't find elsewhere! A turf area, boxing area, cinema cardio room, half court basketball, cycling room, swim area, sauna, you name it, they have it! Sure, it does get "crowded" here and there, but c'mon! Every gym is like that during "peak hours"! I would not be discouraged to go to a facility that gets busy. That shows there is actual value here! I also started personal training with Thomas, and let me tell you, he is INCREDIBLE! He is very kind, knowledgeable, and definitely passionate about what he does! I am so so blessed and happy to have made the decision in making him my personal trainer. I am starting to see results, and you have to "trust the process". I highly recommend selecting him, because he has given me workouts that I have never seen/done before! *STORY TIME* Just recently I had an incident where I thought someone might've stolen my wallet while I was on the stair master. I was frantic and quite emotional, however, I am not kidding you, ALL the staff members stopped what they were doing and assisted and comforted me through the whole process: Alexx, Steven, another gentleman who I know is the front desk manager (can't remember the name- sorry!), one personal trainer, and even the general manager, Kristina assisted me. Kristina looked at the cameras with me, and was so patient. It was as if they were EMS and assisted someone in danger! Not many people willingly go out of their way, but they did! In the end, I am a goober and I left it at home -_- But, Kristina still wanted me to call and follow up, and she seemed genuinely happy that I found my wallet! Short version~ This gym is the place to be! They have everything you need from equipment, cleanliness, professional and genuine staff, everything! It's only $24.99 a month! (I'm sure most of you spend a lot more $$$ on sushi/AYCE Kbbq!) So invest in your health at this gym!
