  • Horrible customer service! I am a licensed esthetician and have bought hair products from here before. I've also had my mom pick up product for me. The woman was always very nice and helpful. My mother went in last week to pick up a flat iron for me. The young man was extremely rude to her. He told her that I was not allowed to buy hair product there or at any other professional store. Which is absolutely not true considering I buy color from salon centric and cosmoprof. He told her I wouldn't know how to use the tools. Really ? You don't need to be a professional hair stylist to know how to use a flat iron. He was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. We went over to salon centric and bought the flat iron with no issues. Maka lost out on a sale of a $200 flat iron and any other future business from me.
