  • I purchase a high end coffee grinder, 14 cup coffee maker, & double toaster from Direct Buy for a wedding gift to my nephew. The price was amazing and the delivered to door directly from the manufacturer. I was please with the service. My nephew reports the appliances are beautiful and exactly what they wanted. For this, I would give them 5 stars. Then I purchased tile flooring advertised in their quarterly member only magazine. They listed a great price there. However, the website did not allow online ordering. When I called to order it, Direct Buy Scotsdale added 10% handling even though it NEVER went to their facility and the added consumer level tax even though my contractor picked it up from the manufacturer. For this I would give them 1 star. So I averaged my two purchases. By the way, I got my membership fee back in savings on these two purchases. So that part of their advertising is true.
