Vietnamese food is a comfort food for me, especially pho, hot noodle soup really helps me settle my upset tummy. A group of us just skydived and some had queasy feeling, so I suggested Vietnamese food. A quick Yelp search led me here and everyone in the group was very pleased with their lunch.
I started with iced Thai tea. I thought sweet Thai tea was perfect for my tired body and it was. One person on my table also tried per my recommendation, she liked it as it wasn't too sweet.
Spring rolls was good, good way to start lunch as they are not heavy and give me an opportunity to eat more vegetables.
Pho dac biet was very good, their hot soup was so comforting for my stomach. I wouldn't say meat portion was generous but seemed they had more noodles than I've had from other restaurants.
They let us pay all individually, I think we all paid by credit cards. Minimum for credit card is $10. We went up to the counter, each declared what we ordered and paid separately for own meal. I appreciate they let us split a check without any issues.
Service was very friendly, relatively close to several major freeway, I would come back if I am in the area.
