So this bakery is located next to Rockhouse on the second floor of the Venetian . I have been here a few times and finally decided to write a review
At first glance the presentation is amazing and it has the look of a 5 star bakery , it has beautiful display cases filled with a variety of pastries and cookies and cakes and a large open window where you can see the employees decorating cakes and other things with precision which is pretty neat
Now on to the important thing, the taste......
After seeing the presentation my expectations were so high but after trying different items- cookies, cannoli, shortcakes, lobster tails, and a few other things I was truly underwhelmed and I was a little sad. The cookies were basic almost store bought , the cannoli was very sweet with a ton of cream filling and if that's your thing you will like it and the lobster tail was so so. For the price you pay (which isn't cheap) I would expect a better taste but I think it's more of a tourist thing than a bakery for taste.
So if your looking for show then it's a nice place to take pictures but if you want to satisfy a sweet tooth there are much better options and you will save a few dollars
