Long overdue. I was in Arizona in December of 2017. As we were on our way to the airport when we realized that we mistakenly had forgotten our daughter's blanket. We went back to the hotel and asked the front desk person to check the room. They sent someone but the room had already been cleaned and picked up by house cleaning. He seemed new and out of sorts. He then told me he didn't work at that location and was just covering the front for them to enjoy their holiday party.
Disappointed and not wanting to miss our flight we left. That next Monday I called the hotel and spoke to Hannah Gilman.
I told her that we left our daughter's Minnie Mouse blanket and how our toddler was so upset without it. (She had that blanket since she was born and slept with it) She got my name and my number. Within a few hours she called me back and said they found it. She FedEx'd it to my home that week and seriously made a 3 year old so happy.
